Facilities Coordinator

Location: Maplewood, MN

Type: Full Time

Min. Experience: Entry Level

This is a full time permanent position on assignment at our Fortune 100  client in Maplewood.  We are looking to add to our team of four people to help keep our clients offices running smoothly.  The selected candidate will be providing oversight and assistance with:

  • Assist with preparation of Excel reports
  • Scheduling meeting rooms
  • Coordinating office moves
  • Maintaining office supplies
  • Ordering food for team meetings
  • Assist with making travel Arrangements for client employees
  • Maintain organization charts and email distribution lists, when requested
  • Initiate IT requests for shared drives, cellular phones, and other IT equipment
  • Order desk phones and office nameplates for new team members
  • Post announcements on the IT Communicator and other communication sources
  • Update and maintaining aisle markers
  • Request, transfer and disconnect, VOIP phones when needed



  • Strong working knowledge of Excel functions
  • Fluent in the English language in both written and oral communications
  • Capable of performing workload management using time management and prioritization skills
