We are seeking a Manufacturing Systems IT Analyst III for the Electronic and Energy Business Group located in Old Hickory, TN. Ready to be part of what’s next?

 

The person hired for the Manufacturing Systems IT Analyst III position will provide primary IT hardware and infrastructure administration and support to the  Old Hickory plant as well as collaboration efforts with other US locations.  The person will also assist with the plant business implementations of SAP.

 

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Provide primary desktop support for on-site Microsoft and Mac hardware platforms.
  • Provide support and administration for Windows servers in a VMWare environment.
  • Provide primary application support of critical manufacturing systems.
  • Support process control technologies including FactoryTalk and DataExchange platforms.
  • Support HP & Zebra printers in a manufacturing environment.
  • Develop and maintain troubleshooting and technical support documentation.
  • Assist in data mining and translation activities supporting Business Transformation efforts.

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree/Technical diploma or higher from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of two (3) years of Information Technology experience.
  • Experience with configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining Microsoft and Mac hardware
  • Experience with administration and support of Windows Server with VMWare.
  • Experience using ANSI SQL query language (e.g. Data queries, migrations, transformations).

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experienced in deploying, managing and supporting mission critical manufacturing systems in a 7x24 manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with administration and support of Microsoft Internet Information Services (MS-IIS).
  • Experience with administration and support of Microsoft SQL Server (RDBMS).
  • Experience with administration and support of SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
  • Experience with administration and support of SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
  • Experience with administration and support of FactoryTalk Historian.
  • Experience with administration and support of Nice Labeling Services.
  • Experience with administration and support of DataExchange.
  • Experience developing SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) reports.
  • Self-motivated, team oriented and excellent collaborative and interpersonal skills
