IT Reporting Analyst

This IT REPORTING ANALYST will provide Manufacturing IT support for Plant sites in the Royersford, PA region, while working with many levels of the organization including, local site management, manufacturing employees and remote support. Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of plant personnel regardless of technical aptitude. Must be comfortable in a manufacturing environment and ideally will have experience working in a large corporate setting. Includes opportunity to lead and / or support application upgrades and site IT Continuity planning and testing. A strong ability and desire to learn multiple applications is a essential to succeed in this this role. Previous ERP experience will be beneficial.

Our most successful candidate for this position will possess the following background/experience:

Skills:  (In order of importance)

1. Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server (2008, 2012), MS Access, Office 365 Tools
2. Query tool skills (Access, ODBC, MS Query, SQL, BOXI dev)
3. ERP/Manufacturing system support
4. Understanding of manufacturing item and bill of materials structures
5. General infrastructure and network support

Ability to Provide Application Support:

• Daily troubleshooting and support for IT applications
• Evaluate and escalate issues and risks appropriate to business criticality, understand the impact to site operations
• Identify appropriate data source for reporting needs
• Site Coordinator for site ERP upgrade
• Follow Company IT procedures – security, change management, knowledge base
• Learn Company legacy applications & tools
• Assist infrastructure team in support of printers, label printers, legacy RF devices, as needed

Knowledge to Manage Application Security:

• Manage user security access (SAMS, IMES, IPI2K, AD groups)
• Ensure that compliance requirements are met (i.e., SoD, audit action items)
• Follow IT methodologies, including Policies, Standards and Global SOPs
• Manage Microsoft licenses (Office365) for appropriate level
• Audit & Resolve system access issues

Expertise to Provide Project Support:

• Implement IT solutions to replace existing MS Access databases
• Team member for SCADA 2.0 project working with Process Engineers
• Work with other IT teams at other sites as applicable
• Engage in infrastructure projects as appropriate
• Identify opportunities for IT process improvement

Enthusiasm to Provide Services Support:

• Partner with site business clients to identify and address opportunities using technology solutions while achieving global IT and corporate directives
